Seller reviewBrian accurately appraised the home sales in the area and gave us a realistic and optimistic price to list our home. He then actively stayed engaged to make sure we got the best price for our home. He always kept us informed throughout the process, and would ask if there were any questions we had about the next steps. Always demonstrated a passion for our home sale and the closing process at the title company. Brian helped us work through a situation with an appraiser who completed an appraisal with errors which consequently resulted in a lower value for our home. He worked with the other agent, title company and appraisal firm to have the errors corrected. When needed he put in a 36 hour day in order to make sure our home sold at the correct price. We cannot say enough for Brian and his efforts. The home sold at listing price within three days. This was a result of Brian helping us make sure the home was ready to list prior to it going live as a listing. His ideas about the amount of acceptable clutter, or the lack there of, was so helpful in the home selling so fast. If anyone we know is thinking about selling their home, we ALWAYS refer them to Brian.
