I have had ownership of investment and commerical ventures which have added to my experience and understanding of the real estate business. He presented me with options, we setforth a sales plan, within the first 10 days we had 8 showings and an offer. Brian exceeded my expectations. The only delay was on my end as the home I was moving to was under construction and there were several delays.
