Seller reviewIt was stressful personally having to sell the house my parents built but Brian made it as easy as possible for me. We never even really had to list it. I went to Brian and we had a buyer after the first showing, who was someone he had shown another place to. It couldn't have gone better in that respect. Were there hiccups? Of course there were something always happens in real estate. Brian handled them all amazingly for me, he negotiated for everything I asked for and gave great advice. He stepped up to bat for me a few times and I can't thank him enough. Seriously Brian is great. It was awesome working with him.
