Seller reviewHaving Brian McCardle as our realtor was the best thing that happened to us as we began the long process of selling my mom's house long distance. Two potential buyers had backed out of the deal for certain reasons but Brian never gave up. He worked so hard to sell this little half-double house and proceeded with such care and respect for my mom's concerns that we would gladly nominate him for "Realtor of the Year"...if there was ever such an award!
