Buyer reviewBrian Wayman did a great job finding me homes that met my criteria. He was extremely patient and very good at explaining things as the process went along. This was my first time buying a home and he moved things along perfectly knowing my timeline. Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, Brian went above and beyond anything that we had expected from a realtor. We never felt pressured to buy a house, and he always kept our budget and house wishlist in mind. He was always available when we had questions, and he was very patient with us. Along with creating a great home buying experience, he was able to provide us with a great financial institution for our mortgage, as well as a contractor to make some necessary repairs post-inspection. I would highly recommend Brian in the future.

Selling a home is stressful enough, but doing so thousands of miles away is even harder. Brian Wayman made us feel at ease throughout whole process, and he made this out of state process very smooth. He was always available and followed through with each stage of the sell. Brian's the best! Brian knew the importance of selling our home quickly. We did this whole process from San Antonio.
