Briana Balara was extremely knowledgeable about the current real estate trends when my wife and I, listed our house for sale. She came up with a successful marketing plan which we endorsed, which resulted in a quick sale of our house, with a very attractive sale price. Her communication, with us, throughout the sales process, went extremely well, as she made herself accessible to us, at all times. Briana kept us updated on everything we needed to know in reference to listing and selling our house. The photographs and actual listing description of our home were very well done. Briana has been awesome for us, during what has been one of the most stressful times of our lives. She understood our circumstances and personal concerns with buying and selling. What we were looking for was not easy to find, but Briana was patient and never pushed us in the wrong direction. She innately understood us, reached out at the right times, and offered her thoughts and opinions when needed. It felt like we were working with a family member or very close friend. We were comfortable with her, will use her again and would definitely recommend her to others!!
