A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University, Brittany returned to Northern Virginia soon after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and began her career in real estate. Seller reviewBrittany Camacho is a true professional in her field. She is extremely detail oriented, and is always on top of every possible item or issue in a timely manner. It is said that selling a house is not the hard part, getting it through closing is. And there is a reason why Brittany is so successful.

Seller reviewWe both bought and sold this unit with Brittany, 5 years apart. Brittany truly went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly. She even drove to the condo late at night, the night before closing, and personally ensured that all the buyers last minute demands were met. We will not use any other agent in the DC / NOVA area.

Seller reviewI highly recommend Brittany Camacho. Brittany fully supported my desire to list my Condo at a price somewhat above the market. She found a solid Buyer at almost that exact price in a very short time after first recommending some upgrades that were not very expensive and were performed quickly by excellent subs with whom she has a great relationship. Items requiring repairs after the Buyer's home inspection were addressed expeditiously by those subs, and the sale closed on schedule without a single hitch--all remotely as I live in Atlanta and never had to travel to Arlington during the process. Clearly, Brittany has considerable experience and knowledge about the residential real estate market in Arlington and surrounds. I could not be a more satisfied customer.

Buyer reviewAs a first time home-buyer Brittany did an AMAZING job walking me through the process. From the first phone call, to numerous showings, paperwork, closing settlement, to after the keys were handed over, Brittany thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered my many questions. She was always available (either via phone, email, or text), and never made me feel as if I was bothering her. Brittany maintains a busy schedule, yet simultaneously made me feel as if I was her only client at the time. I never felt rushed to make a decision, and encouraged me along the way. Although finding a new home (and in my case finding my way around a new city) which was one of the most stressful situations, Brittany made the experience an enjoyable experience from which I learned a lot. I would highly recommend Brittany, and would DEFINITELY use her in the future.
