A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University, Brittany returned to Northern Virginia soon after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and began her career in real estate. She was available whenever I needed her, and even though she had a planned vacation during the period when we were preparing for our sale, she provided an amazing backup in her partner, Shelly Porter. Brittany walked me step-by-step through the preparation of our home, to include recommending outstanding contractors to do the work we needed. Her knowledge of what we needed to do in preparing the house, and her knowledge of the area and our market were demonstrated by the speed with which we got a contract - 3 days after it went on the market! Finally, Brittany ably negotiated on our behalf during the home inspection phase. We would highly recommend Brittany to any Northern Virginia seller.

She helped negotiate a whopping $100k off the sales price while also making sure that all contingencies were friendly towards our side instead of the seller. She was a very effective advocate for me and an elite negotiator. I would 100% recommend using her.
