Brittany had been very highly recommended to us, and yet her service still exceeded our expectations. Based on the recommendation we had received, we didn't really consider anyone else. It was not hard to see why Brittany is one of the top agents in Northern VA. What was most impressive was her execution in submitting an offer in a very, very short amount of time. We came from a Sunday late-afternoon open house to an initial conversation with Brittany within just a couple hours, to making contact with a lender and getting pre-approved - all on that same Sunday. So she had us connected with a lender and our offer drafted by Monday night and submitted to the seller's agent by Tuesday noon - all done in less than 48 hours from when we saw the condo or even had a conversation with her. Total all star. If not for Brittany's local knowledge and guidance on negotiating, I'm fairly confident we would not have realized how (A) underpriced the unit was and (B) how competitive the bidding would be and I doubt we would have bid properly to come out with the winning bid. We ended up narrowly beating out multiple other bidders, while still paying less than our ceiling and less than the eventual appraisal price. Equally importantly, the deposit/escrow and closing went very smoothly thanks to her organization. Brittany was everything anyone would want in a realtor, but where she really shined was in her organization, her availability, her knowledge of the process and area, and her ability to communicate important things to us.

Five years ago, a friend recommended Century 21 Redwood to us when looking for our first home. After speaking with someone else in the office, we were referred to Brittany based on our personalities and goals for buying that first house. We could not have been happier. She held our hand every step of the way and there was no question in our minds that when we were ready to sell that first home, she'd be the person we would work with to do it. She is great at walking first time home buyers and home sellers through the process, every step of the way, making sure they understand all the terminology, paperwork, and the process.
