A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University, Brittany returned to Northern Virginia soon after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and began her career in real estate. Buyer reviewMy overall experience was beyond excellent. Brittany was an amazing realtor. She is highly experienced and guided us every step of the way. My husband and I kept saying that we were so lucky to have found Brittany. My mind was at ease through the entire process because Brittany made the impossible happen. Since this was our first home purchase, we had A LOT of questions and Brittany took the time to answer all of them throughout the whole process. She is phenomenal! She is so persistent, which is such a great asset. She makes sure to go above and beyond from beginning to end. She was extremely supportive till the very end. Brittany helped us buy a gorgeous home in Fairfax, which has everything we were looking for. We are extremely happy with our purchase, thanks to the best realtor ever! Seller reviewBrittany takes it upon herself to make sure every client has the best experience possible and every transaction goes as smooth as possible. We were 5,000 miles away from the property and Brittany handled everything from contractors to new appliance installation to county inspections on top making sure the sale was smooth and painless. We have sold 2 homes using Brittany and would not think about using another agent. She was on top of every single aspect of this sale and our previous sale and we want to thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

We clicked with her right away, and once we found the house we wanted, she fought so hard to get it for us. She's an amazing negotiator--we felt so good knowing we had her in our corner. Now that we are all moved in we are amazed with how smoothly the whole buying process went. Couldn't have done it without Brittany!!

Seller reviewThe property took longer to sell than it otherwise might have as there was the need to revise the deed because of an estate matter. This took a matter of months. I'm not certain about how Redwood advertises, but know Brittany had the property on her website and it was, of course, available on Trulia and Zillow. Brittany did some tricky negotiating with her realtor counterpart and the buyers, and got me the best possible deal with the least possible aggravation by resolving tiny points of repair, etc., with persuasive negotiation and an offer of money for the buyers to arrange their own repairs. It is hard to describe how and why this made all the difference to me. Brittany is a pleasure to work with. One can leave matters in her hands with the confidence that things will be resolved. I appreciate the fact that we were able to deal with contracts and all other paperwork online. I believe selling real estate is an art and Brittany seems to have been born to negotiate the deal. I would recommend her to my friends and acquaintances without reservation. Brittany happened to be on vacation the day the property closed, and her colleague Shelly handled the closing. It was a pleasure dealing with her as well. I was able to avoid worrying about this sale, knowing that Brittany had it well in hand.
