Seller reviewWhen we decided to sell our rental house it made sense to use the same realty company that managed the rental for so many year's. Brittany and Ryan Realty did an excellent job of recommending a solid sales price based on area comparisons and discussing how to get the most for our house. Marketing the house was excellent and we had numerous offers in a very short time. Brittany got the offers to us quickly, understood that we weren't interested in low ball offers from investor's or flippers and helped us understand the area market. Brittany also coordinated several repairs that were critical to us getting the sales price we expected and really stayed on top of everything for us. Overall, Brittany came through and exceeded our expectations!
