Brittney Kotunok was born in Lander, WY, and raised in Denver before returning home to Wyoming as a young adult. Shortly after, she met her husband, who served for 22 years and is now a retired UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot for the Army National Guard. As a dedicated wife and mother of four, Brittney understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to call home. Her family enjoys an active lifestyle, from cheering on their kids in volleyball football and track, to summers at the
lake, and snowmobiling in the winter.
Brittney’s passion for real estate began long before she became an agent. She and her husband have owned and managed residential rental properties in Casper and Laramie, flipping multiple homes along the way. She has always had an eye for market trends and a knack for predicting home sales—something that turned into a friendly (yet highly competitive) game between her and her husband.
