Buyer reviewBrad Broyles went above and beyond all expectations. We live out of state and were looking at both property and houses. Brad was able to provide us with lots of each that fit our expecations. Thru his knowledge of the local area and of what we were looking for he was able to guide usin the right direction. He answered all of our questions fully and even asked us if we had thought about different things that helped us to make decisions. Brad was VERY through when it came to summitting and receiving contracts. Brad found several mistakes that could have cost us . Brads attention to detail was ecellent. If we ever need an agent again or know of someone who does we would definitely recommengd Brad Broyles.
