From the very beginning, Caitlin was responsive, kind, and incredibly patient. This was a new build, and over the year-long process there were a lot of moving parts and many, many questions on our end. Caitlin explained everything clearly, never made us feel rushed, and helped us understand each step so we always felt informed and confident. What stood out most is that, over time, she didn't just feel like our realtor - she became a trusted friend. She advocated for us, kept an eye on details, and made a potentially stressful process of a new build feel manageable. Now that we're finally in our home, we are simply in love with it, and we're so grateful Caitlin was the one who helped us get here.
