Buyer reviewBuying a house in these crazy times is extremely tough. I had many frustrations with the housing market and being able to find something that met my needs. Caitlin was lovely and never once took my frustrations negatively and instead use that as positive energy to help me find a house to meet my needs. Caitlin went above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs and will absolutely be my choice for future Realty needs.

She originally helped us as first time buyers to buy our house, then we unexpectedly had to move so she recommended a great property management company for us to work with. Then, when the time came to it she helped us sell the house. She understood every single thing we asked and was diligent with getting things resolved and getting answers. We even worked with her while we lived in a different state and she was amazing! Constantly checking in and giving us updates and walking us through the process step by step! I wish I could bring her every where we move so she can help us find a house every where! Highly recommend!

She gives 100% and then some to make it an easy and enjoyable process. She is "on it" when it comes to inspections or paperwork needing to be signed. She is patient and trustworthy. We would absolutely recommend Caitlin to any of our friends and family!
