Buyer reviewCaitlin Grisier was amazing! My husband and I went into this whole process not knowing a thing about buying a house, but Caitlin helped us through it ever step of the way. We were a little nervous about buying a house since we were 4,000 miles away, but she made it easy for us. Between riding around town to look at houses and sending us video tours of the homes, we felt like we were there seeing the houses ourselves. Overall we had an awesome experience!

Seller reviewWe are so lucky that we found Caitlin Grisier. She is beyond patient and very attentive to each person she works with. We were very busy with our 2 year old and just days before the house went on the market, we had our son. During the process she always checked in to make sure everything was good with us. Before the house went on the market, she put coming soon posts on FB which was awesome because we had several appointments scheduled for the day the listing went live! We had multiple offers the first day and sold the house OVER list price. This was all due to Caitlin's skills as a realtor. She is very personable, professional and caring. We have worked with many realtors over the years and have never worked with someone as awesome as Caitlin before. She even called and interviewed realtors for us at the location we were moving to. She always went above and beyond to help us. If you are looking for a house in the Clarksville area, Caitlin is definitely the best!
