Seller reviewI highly recommend Caitlin McClain as your choice for a realtor to sell your home. She gave me great ideas on how to update and stage my house and included advice on what to avoid doing. I followed her suggestions and my home looked amazing! Caitlin is a consummate professional and did an in-depth market analysis to establish an appropriate selling price. Caitlin marketed my house well and showed it several times. As a result, I was able to get a great offer on my home in less than a week! Caitlin was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. She was a delight to work with throughout the selling process and kept me informed at all times. I have sold five homes previously and she is the best real estate agent I have ever had. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, Caitlin McClain should be your first choice.

Seller reviewI've bought and sold many properties before and have never had a realtor as brilliant, communicative, knowledgeable, and all things good as Caitlin. She valued my home so much more than I thought I could get and with her staging, marketing, and people skills we had multiple offers the first weekend. If there was an issue, she had it solved before I even know about it. I have recommended her to everyone I know and almost wish I had another house to sell so I could work with her again. Selling a house has never been this fun.

Buyer reviewCaitlin is seriously the best realtor I have ever met. We felt very blessed having ran into her at a random open house on a random Sunday. She explained everything within the process start to finish and basically held our hand through it all. I could not say enough nice things about her, it would result in a book. Very communicative, very kind and very knowledgeable.
