Meet Cammie, a dedicated real estate professional representing buyers and sellers in Washington. With her enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature, Cammie is the ideal guide to help clients identify their desires and skillfully guide them to fulfill their real estate goals.
Originally from Northern California, Cammie has spent the past 18 years in the Pacific Northwest, specifically in Spokane. Her experience and knowledge of the area make her an expert in identifying the unique benefits of life in Spokane, such as its unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing access to the outdoors!
Cammie's real estate journey began in the banking industry, where she gained experience in various departments over a span of 12 years. In 2019, she decided to pursue a career in real estate and joined the award-winning CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates Family. Her knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process and dedication to providing exceptional service to her clients have resulted in numerous successful transactions.
In addition to traditional real estate, Cammie also specializes in Divorce Real Estate and has earned the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™) credential from the Ilumni Institute. With the extensive training and support provided by the Ilumni Institute, Cammie fully understands the obstacles and complications of Divorce and Real Estate. With her knowledge and personal experience, she is ready to help support clients and work alongside their attorneys to help procure the best possible outcome during a difficult situation with ease.
Beyond her work as a real estate agent, Cammie is an active and connected community member. She served on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors and on the PTA board at her children's school. She has also volunteered her time and her horse to Free Rein Therapeutic Riding Center. In her spare time, Cammie enjoys camping, cooking, and being on the water during Spokane's perfect summers with her husband and two kids!

Seller reviewCammie handled a multitude of details. This sale was for my Dad's probate which was emotional for me and complicated given that the home was only 75% complete and in a very rural area. Cammie went above and beyond talking to county officials to determine which areas of the home had been completed regarding electric, septic, well, builder quotes, etc. Simply driving out to the property was nearly an hour each direction for her and she happily went out numerous times to meet with buyers and venders. I own a real estate brokerage in another state and was beyond impressed with Cammie's determination to get this home sold.
