We simply could not have gotten the deal done without Cara. There were many complications along the way, but Cara stepped up and delt with them, bringing a level of dedication that is hard to find. She was always patient and supportive. She alone stood out as having our best interests as her priority. If I were conducting any venture, be it buying or selling a house, running a factory, or planting trees, I would trust having Cara on my team.

Communication is crucial to us and she was able to address our numerous questions and concerns quickly and professionally while never expressing frustration. Cara Pearce makes everything so simple and straightforward. She was always a phone call away, and extremely on top of all paperwork, filings, signatures, etc. She wastes no time getting walk-throughs and inspections scheduled. Everything comes together smoothly when working with Cara, she is in constant communication with her team and clients, and I love that she was able to meet whenever/wherever convenient for me.August 2019
