Cari Kocinski, Realtor - I am currently a Realtor with Century 21 Fairways, located on Route 30 in Irwin, PA. I began my real estate career at Northwood Realty & RE/MAX. Most recently, I've moved to Century 21 Fairways in Irwin, PA.

I specialize in residential real estate. I grew up in Penn Township and graduated from Penn-Trafford High School. Currently, I live in North Huntingdon with my two daughters. Chelsea, 24, attended Carnegie Mellon University and is now pursuing her career in the Pittsburgh area, and Lindsey, 20, is attending nursing school.

Personally, I believe that everyone deserves a home of their own, and I strive to make it a reality for clients even when the odds seem to be stacked against them. My key to success is simple, treat people with common courtesy and respect, and expect no less in return.

Cari was professional, an expert in her field, personable, and genuinely cared about where and what we purchased for our family to grow and be safe. Our main concern was having somewhere big enough and safe for our son and family to grow. The property we settled on checked all the boxes. After reviewing the home inspection we had, she used the information provided to help negotiate the price and have various things addressed before we finally signed the papers to buy our home. Cari worked with our hectic schedule and was able to pinpoint options that would best fit our needs. We could not have asked for a better experience and we are absolutely thrilled with our home purchase! The only thing we regret was that we didn't post this testimonial sooner. Cari did a superb job estimating a price that would help move our home. She was extremely patient, especially during the most stressful parts of the process and very professional and patient, even when we were a bit difficult. She made good recommendations to help spruce up our home for sale. She also helped us to find a new home, and she was a fun addition to that process.
