With over 18 years of experience in the medical field, I've built a career rooted in compassion, trust, and attentive service. My background at Columbus Regional Hospital and most recently at Southern Indiana Orthopedics has taught me the importance of truly listening to people's needs-skills I now bring to every real estate transaction. Since beginning my real estate career in 2016, I've been dedicated to delivering that same level of care and personal attention to my clients as they navigate one of life's biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.

I moved to Columbus in 1994 with my husband, Larry, and our two children, Courtnie and Michael. We've made countless memories in this wonderful community and have enjoyed being involved in local events and activities over the years. Outside of real estate, I'm a passionate football and basketball fan and love cheering on my favorite teams.

Seller reviewCarla is a very close and dear friend but her knowledge and sales in the past year are phenomenal and I knew she'd take care of me and the selling of my house! My house sold the first day on the market, so I'd say it went very well!! Carla Janikowski is a true realtor!! She was born to sale real estate! She was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process! I WILL be using her again when I am interested in purchasing a new home! Just wonderful! Buyer reviewWhile I am particularly biased because Carla is my mother, I must say that that as my realtor, she paid extra close attention to what I wanted and treated me with the same respect and care as she would any other client. During the initial process I told her that I wanted to be seen, "not as her daughter, but as her client." She took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed from my first home and she lined up homes that were based on my "wishlist." My home-buying search took me outside the area that Carla is familiar with and she took time to look into neighborhoods, research the area and come up with several "perfect" locations for me. Since this is my first time purchasing a home, Carla explained the process step by step and walked me through exactly what was happening. Carla is very knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing my first home.
