I sent in a request for an agent to contact me. Carla Janikowski was very quick and eager to learn what kind of property we had in mind and help us with our search. Carla was very sweet, understanding, and quick to research the answer to my questions if she was not sure. I really appreciate her working with us and taking a chance on someone just getting started with their first home.

We were first-time home buyers moving to Columbus from the East Coast, and Carla's knowledge of the area and patience with our endless questions made the process as quick and painless as possible. She was always available (even well outside normal business hours) and accommodated our every need every step of the way.

Carla was a phenomenal broker. She worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home- weekends, weekdays, early mornings, late nights, and last minute calls/emails were always responded to within minutes. She truly put us as a priority and I always felt throughout this process that we were special and important to her, and that she would do whatever she could to make sure we got our dream home. She set up many walk throughs of homes, all while taking us to places within our budget and in line with our interests. Our walk throughs were always so in-tune with our needs and wants list, and Carla never put our budget in jeopardy, another plus. Not to mention, she has been a resident of Columbus for over 15 years, which was good to know because she knows the market and which areas would best fit our needs. It truly shows how dedicated and genuine a real estate broker is when she is just as happy as you are when you sign for your first home- Carla is that genuine, dedicated broker. Carla also did a great job in helping us find contacts for our mortgage, insurance, and home inspection. She always had all her ducks in a row and many great reviewed resources on hand. If we had a question, she always had a thorough, thoughtful answer. It was great knowing she had our best interests with regards to every aspect of the home search. In addition, Carla did a great job helping us negotiate our offer. She is exceptionally trustworthy, and is frank about what offer might be the best route to go. Her sincerity and wealth of knowledge made securing our home much simpler! I have never had a more positive experience in business before, and always felt that we were a top priority to both Carla and Century 21 Breeden throughout this process. I truly can't say enough positive things about both Carla and Century 21 Breeden. I will never go anywhere else!
