Seller reviewCarla demonstrated exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to going above and beyond throughout the entire process. Because I was out of state, she even took the initiative to vacuum the house before listing photos were taken-an act that truly speaks to her dedication. We encountered a particularly challenging situation with difficult buyers and numerous moving parts, but Carla kept us informed every step of the way. This was also a unique sale, as it involved an inherited property. Fortunately, the title company located within her office was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process and ultimately allowed us to avoid probate. I would absolutely work with Carla again and highly recommend her and her office to anyone navigating a real estate transaction.
