Our agent was without a doubt the best one we've ever had and we've sold and bought 8 homes. None were as difficult to sell as the "cottage" and believe me, without Carla Stokes, we would either still have the cottage, have put a match to it or thrown our hands up in disbelief due to another county gov rule. Our agent went to bat for us multiple times by meeting with gov agencies to clarify new rules, she met with companies and got estimates on drilling a new well, drain field estimates, plat maps, boundaries, new rulings by flood insurance companies while keeping us informed while dealing with all sorts of complications. From the first time I've met Carla Stokes, I knew right and there that we were going to get along just fine. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite thing was, if she did not have an answer for your question, she made sure that she doesn't falsely lead you on. She conducted her homework and made sure you understood everything that was going on. Overall great Agent. Carla and I have been searching for my investment property for some time now. I have had some bad luck on my behalf. She remained very patient throughout the process and never did she let her hopes down that we were going to close on the right property. I've only had one other experience, so I do not really remember the detail. I have closed on the property that is all i know. At that time I was young and did not pay too much attention to details.
