Seller reviewI called Century 21 affiliates and got a quick response from Carlos Gozalez ,he immediately did a market search and comparable sales to my property and came up with an agreeable price , I listed the lot with him because he was a joyful and serviceable agent, within 3 days he had an offer that surpass my expectations ,all the time he kept in touch with me by Email and phone calls. Although I'm far from the property he kept me appraised of what was going on with the closing . The closing came exactly the day he predicted . It was a very smooth transaction even though it was a remote closing by internet. The Title company he chose for me did an excellent job.
