Carlyn impressed me with her professionalism, dedication, commitment to sales and her can-do attitude I have participated in over 50 real estate transactions in the last 20 years as either a party or representative of a party. I have dealt with over 100 agents in either personal or professional capacity. Carlyn is, hands down, the best agent (real estate AGENT) I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is principled and dedicated to her principals. She advises, but is also willing to accept instruction. She is market directed and very aggressive in promoting her clients' interests. No nonsense. She has a good grasp of real estate principles and the ramifications of every aspect of contracting. She also stays focused on all aspects of her contracts, keeps her client/principal focused and on course and pays attention to details.
