My husband and I were lucky to have Carlyn as our agent. She excelled at negotiating on our behalf while we were in a different state, and she assisted us in navigating all the details of the purchase transaction. When we arrived to Utah to tour the property, she showered us with many local recommendations and resources. Carlyn gave a detailed tour of the unit and the complex, introduce us to property managers, and other staff members. We had planned to sell our condominium in Brian had Utah in 2021, and as part of this process, I was trying to determine what realtors I would consider for this process. I was not impressed with any of the realtors that I had researched, and then approximately two weeks after my last search, I received a direct mailer from Carlyn and I read her introduction, as well as the statistics regarding sale of property in Brian had Utah, and I was impressed with that mailing. I researched both Century 21 and Carlyn directly, and made a determination that she would be the best fit for us. During my first conversation with Carlyn, I could tell that we were going to get along very well, and that I felt comfortable in listing the property with her. During our conversations, I always felt comfortable with Carlyn's opinion and felt that she was looking out for us in the best way possible during the sale. Once the offer was accepted, and we were in the escrow process, Carlyn updated us as we are progressing towards the end date of the agreement, and we both agreed to extended as the buyer wanted to have more time to search out a different mortgage company. Carlyn was correct and how this was going to play out, and that was very reassuring. The closing process went very well, and could not of gone any better, as it was the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Everything was done in the afternoon of that Friday, and I was impressed that both Carlyn and the title company worked up to almost 6 o'clock their time for this matter to close.
