Carmel was awesome from the first initial showing of the property until the closing. She was very informative and kind throughout the process. She went out of her way to show me the home several times so that my parents and my older kids could see the condo. She always answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way without being pushy or aggressive.
