She went out of her way to show me the home several times so that my parents and my older kids could see the condo. She always answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way without being pushy or aggressive. She gave me input about the Fletcher area and knew all of the details of condo living as I had never owned a condo before. Carmel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Whether it was scheduling showings to accommodate my work schedule or negotiating a great deal, Carmel made this entire process a great experience!
