Carol is a full-time realtor with close to 30 years’ experience in the Southern Maryland area. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, but relocated to St. Mary’s shortly after and still resides in the local area. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. She believes the team approach is most beneficial to her clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to her three-member team, she associates with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Her knowledge of and experience in the local market and local companies is a direct benefit to anyone working with Carol. Carol and her husband Paul live in Valley Lee with their daughter’s Joanna and Rayann. The girls attend Kings Christian Academy (KCA) and the family attends Redeeming Grace Baptist Church (RGBC). Carol formed a partnership with her sister, Cindy Crispell, in 2004 and full-time licensed assistant, Tina Henderson,who has worked with Carol since 1994.
