Carol had three owners to work with and one of them was not very nice. Plus, the buyer turned out to be a rather difficult as he tried to circumvent the realtors in the purchasing process and speak to us directly. Carol remained professional and kept working hard to make the final outcome result in a timely sale. She made a seamingly impossible sale possible and kept her cool while doing it.
