Seller reviewWe met Carol 9 years ago when we purchased our property. She worked tirelessly to help us find a house with property to meet our needs. We didn't hesitate to use Carol again when we were selling our property. She is very knowledgeable about construction and resourceful with a wide range of subcontractors that she uses for renovations. She is very inquisitive, wanting to understand the work that we did on the house. Because of that she knew the house inside and out and could really sell our unique house and property in a somewhat slow market. We can highly recommend Carol.

Buyer reviewWe started our process looking for land in the Sagel area. We pivoted, and started looking for houses & broadened our area. Carol didn't skipping a beat. Carol was able to answer our questions & if she couldn't, she would get the answers. We ended up making an offer on a home. Carol looked at the home for us, 4 times. She walked the house & property while on Facetime and/or sent videos and photos, showing the home to family members & to us. Ultimately, we did not accept the counter offer on this home. We then pivoted back to land. Again, Carol rolled with us. She went to the properties, providing videos & photos so we could see the land. We made an offer on a piece of land. After many counter-offers, we are now the proud owners of land. To sum this experience up, I can't imagine doing this with anyone besides Carol. She is very intuitive and can read people very well, that is her super power. She is funny and energetic and now, she is no longer our realtor, she is our friend.
