Buyer reviewCarol is a genuine person, a good listener and really takes an interest in her clients. She knows the area around Kerr Lake which is vital when looking in this area. Having a license in both VA and NC is key. Carol hosts a lovely and unique open house drawing on her hobby of gardening and knowledge of true southern hospitality. Carol is low key and rolls with the punches. I definately think you should use Carol Guerrant as your buyers agent if you are interested in this area.

Seller reviewI dont trust lawyers. I was convinced that, as a high school graduate, that I could fill out the pro forma documents and save myself some money. Poor Carol was back and forth between the lawyer (who, for a lawyer, did a good job) and my hard-boned Irish. She convinced me very nicely to just roll with flow or rish loosing the sale. That got my attention, plus all the hard work she had put forth setting the property up for sale. She did a wonderful job. As I told her when i looked at her online presentation, the placed looked so good that I would have bought it myself.

Seller reviewI live out of state so was not available to be there in person. Carol was able to take care of all aspects of the sale even though I wasn't there and did an excellent job.
