Seller reviewAt first, I gave Carol a hard time just to see if she could keep up with my sarcasm - turns out, she's just as quick with a comeback as she is at selling houses. Behind the humor, though, is one of the most dedicated professionals I've ever met.From the very beginning, Carol treated my home sale like it was her own. She was always available to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail were impressive, and it showed in the results - my home sold quickly and for a great price.In a world full of average, Carol truly stands out. Seller reviewI had a commercial property in very small community and anticipated it would be very difficult to sell. Carol had it very well represented in terms of media exposure as well as having a sign out front. It took a little longer than we both wanted but I was very pleased with the price and the overall sale in as much as the line of communication through Carol myself and the new buyers and the legal paper work being done in an expeditious way. I chose Carol because being local I've known her for several years and IMO she (inspite of the devastating events that she's had in her life) exemplifies a truly professional and friendly business attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to make the transaction go as smooth as possible
