I had a commercial property in very small community and anticipated it would be very difficult to sell. Carol had it very well represented in terms of media exposure as well as having a sign out front. It took a little longer than we both wanted but I was very pleased with the price and the overall sale in as much as the line of communication through Carol myself and the new buyers and the legal paper work being done in an expeditious way. I chose Carol because being local I've known her for several years and IMO she (inspite of the devastating events that she's had in her life) exemplifies a truly professional and friendly business attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to make the transaction go as smooth as possible
