I have been a resident of Montgomery County for the past 40 years, where my husband and I raised three boys. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, I worked in the business/accounting sector and volunteered in my community. I have strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, along with organizational skills. My goal is to exceed expectations. I will walk you through the entire process from beginning to end. Clients appreciate my enthusiasm, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for all transactions. Buying and selling homes is an emotional decision for everyone and I recognize that. I am first time home buyer and Carole made the whole experience very smooth. From the first contact, she listened to what I am looking for and responded with appropriate listings. Carole understood early on how quick I needed a place and she was on top of scheduling. I realize this year market was very tight for buyers, so when I was making an offer, her feedback was very helpful and I am confident her coaching throughout this process lead to acceptance of the offer. We felt we could trust her and that was very important for decision making. She also offered invaluable help in the following weeks. I am new to the area and home buying and I had a lot of questions every step of the way. Carole promptly answered all of my queries and provided information and contacts when needed. She made herself available for numerous visits to the property and she attended inspections. Her assistance was a true definition of what customer care should be. I will highly recommend her and century 21.

Carole Staats was wonderful and helped me find the best home in the best location for me. I love the home I purchased, it couldn't have been more perfect. I was grateful to have someone that was very knowledgeable helping me with the whole process. Carole was the best and it was nice as a first time home buyer to have someone who understood what I needed in a first home. Thanks ! Everything was handled very professionally.
