After having difficulty with another realtor/company, Carolina was perfect. She wasn't overly aggressive and listened to what I said. She advised at the appropriate moment but didn't overstep. Her recommendations were spot on. I hired her again to help my brother find a home. She bends over backwards to get the job done. Carolina is first class in my book.

I would have to say buying a house does a have its ups and downs. I never knew I could ever get so stressed out in my life. I definitely say that with Carolina's help I made it through, managed to stay with it after several times wanting to just walk away. Carolina was amazing she always was there for any question no matter what it was. Carolina always made sure we knew what was happening and made sure we understood. She was great at handle my ranting. I would have to say that anyone who is ever going to buy or sell a home, property or anything she could help with, get her to help she is amazing.

As we are from Europe and this was our first property purchase in the US, we were looking to find somebody who: December 2019

- is experienced in the entire purchasing process, considering the special rules for foreign buyers
- is patient to answer our numerous questions we had
Carolina is outstanding - within a very short time she helped us to pinpoint our requirements and focus the search for the property. She showed us around numerous places, always going from high level into the very little detail, if necessary. Her working attitude is just impressive - although it was difficult as we always spent only a short time in the US she managed to fix all showings, even during the weekends and late in the evenings. She was extremely service oriented, not pushy at all and always allowing us to think, compare and supporting us to decide. The management of the closure was highly professional, transparent and efficient.
As mentioned before and especially considering our special needs as we were not familiar with the entire purchasing procedure, Carolina was the best agent we could think of .... and exceeded our expectations by far.
All other Century 21 staff members we met during our visits were helpful and supportive - it was good to see that the working relationship between Carolina and her colleagues seemed to be very good.
So in a nutshell: just perfect service - on time, in full, no errors. Apart from her large knowledge and experience, Carolina is a very nice and friendly person, always helpful and supportive. For us, she became a wonderful and trustworthy friend to rely on.

Being a first time home buyer is very scary. I had been thinking about it for some time and had not taken action until I met Carolina Paige. She met with us listened to the needs of our family and then was ready in days to begin to show us property .April 2019
Carolina met us at every property was able to show us homes that met our needs as well as our financial budget. I loved that every place was a good match and we didn't waste time looking at properties that we could not afford. Finally she was able to get exactly what we needed and was able to negotiate the price to fit.
It was a great experience knowing we could trust her to have our best interest in mind.
She walked with us through the inspections , negotiations , financial responsibilities ,and closing until we we received the keys in hand.
What an amazing lady I recommend her to those who know me personal and those I meet and are looking for a new home.
Especially if its the first time buying.

Carolina is great! She satisfied all of our needs from helping us day and night to try and find our house and close on the house within a very short time frame.
