She showed us around numerous places, always going from high level into the very little detail, if necessary. Her working attitude is just impressive - although it was difficult as we always spent only a short time in the US she managed to fix all showings, even during the weekends and late in the evenings. She was extremely service oriented, not pushy at all and always allowing us to think, compare and supporting us to decide. The management of the closure was highly professional, transparent and efficient. As mentioned before and especially considering our special needs as we were not familiar with the entire purchasing procedure, Carolina was the best agent we could think of .... and exceeded our expectations by far. All other Century 21 staff members we met during our visits were helpful and supportive - it was good to see that the working relationship between Carolina and her colleagues seemed to be very good. So in a nutshell: just perfect service - on time, in full, no errors. Apart from her large knowledge and experience, Carolina is a very nice and friendly person, always helpful and supportive. For us, she became a wonderful and trustworthy friend to rely on.
