Being a first time home buyer is very scary. I had been thinking about it for some time and had not taken action until I met Carolina Paige. She met with us listened to the needs of our family and then was ready in days to begin to show us property . Carolina met us at every property was able to show us homes that met our needs as well as our financial budget. I loved that every place was a good match and we didn't waste time looking at properties that we could not afford. Finally she was able to get exactly what we needed and was able to negotiate the price to fit. It was a great experience knowing we could trust her to have our best interest in mind. She walked with us through the inspections , negotiations , financial responsibilities ,and closing until we we received the keys in hand. What an amazing lady I recommend her to those who know me personal and those I meet and are looking for a new home. Especially if its the first time buying. Its good to know you are in trusting hands.

As stated, Carolina did an excellent job and went out of her way to be helpful. She was patient and answered all of our questions. Most importantly she walked us through the entire process and made us very comfortable with the inspections and the transition into the new home.

Carolina is great! She satisfied all of our needs from helping us day and night to try and find our house and close on the house within a very short time frame. We had less than a month from searching and closing and that was huge for us that she was so successful and found us the perfect place. We would recommend her to anyone! She was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and quick turn around time. An absolute pleasure to work with!!
