I am, Caroline Reed, a Professional Realtor (Realtor- held by the rules, and code of ethics of real estate). I take my work as a Realtor very seriously. I have knowledge and reciprocity in most counties in Maryland to work with Buyers and Sellers that are relocating within Maryland. It makes for one stop shopping with one Realtor helping you.
I started in the home industry through Mortgage Lending in 1998. I enjoyed meeting people and helping them improve their credit so they could buy a home. After 4 years in the Mortgage Industry I obtained my real estate license so I could work with people more directly in the homeownership process. This has helped me to guide my clients in the right direction with their finances as a Realtor.
In 2001 I began working with a custom home builder. New Home Construction Sales became my passion. I built my home sales knowledge in the Prince George's County area where I grew up and attended Bowie State University where I Majored in Communications. I became a New Home Sales Manager for my first community in Charles County, Maryland where I later resided and raised my children. I became their top producing Sales Manager in the first year. I pride myself on my contract negotiation skills . My knowledge in new home construction taught me the development of subdivisions, construction stages of a house and land topography.
I enjoy strategizing and working to get the best deal for my Buyers and Sellers.
I hold my license at Century 21 Harbor Realty on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My real estate knowledge expands into property management. Real Estate is my career and my passion. I also service Southern Maryland ( Charles County, Prince George's and Calvert Counties )
