Seller reviewI'm sure Carolyn's knowledge and relationships with other realtors all helped to sell our house so quickly. We had five offers over asking price by the end of the first day it was on the market! Carolyn was able to negotiate a higher price for us, something we wouldn't have felt comfortable doing on our own. Both were very responsive by phone or text whenever we had a question. Ben and Carolyn were both a pleasure to work with!
