Carrie talked us off the edge during the final stages of the purchase due to closing delays by the seller. She was able to rally all actors together to make our getaway home a reality. We had certain criteria and Carrie did an excellent job understandng our needs and wants and leading us in the right direction. Her knowledge of the area and the local real estate market was impressive and much appreciated! Carrie was also extremely patient with us- she always took the time to answer all our questions and worked hard to negotiate on our behalf and get us the best deal possible!

My husband took care of most of the details and Carrie was very helpful with any questions we had concerning this purchase. We were very pleased with Carrie and will recommend her to any of friends & relatives. This is a vacation home, so if we ever decide to sell we will call Carrie.
