Buyer reviewCarrie Warren was very in tune with my needs in a new home. She has a great eye for detail and was very quick to reach out about new listings that were appropriate for me. Carrie is a very steady realtor who understood comps in the different areas that I looked in for buying a home. The negotiating support that she gave to me while negotiating for the home I bought and for another home that I didn't get, was very helpful and solid. For example, I do not regret not negotiating higher for a house that I didn't get. It was all based on comps for the area. She taught me a lot-and the home I'm in now is perfect for me and is a great investment. She is a straight shooter, but also friendly and helpful and respectful. Carrie wanted me to get the right home for me-she did not lay on pressure, but did tell me when quick decisions were needed. I can very sincerely recommend Carrie Warren as a realtor.

She was always willing to answer our questions and to what we felt safe and confident. I would certainly recommend that you are excellent in your work and are always ready to listen and seek solutions. in our case the process with the construction company was not the best, yet Carrie was always awaiting things to flow in the right way. Seller reviewNeeded someone who would learn about sale of Manufactured / Mobile Home in a private trailer park where the lot was rented and trailer home was owned by us. Carrie was willing to learn out of the ordinary sales! Carrie Warren did a great job in making us feel comfortable and went above and beyond of what we have ever seen of a realtor's job and cared about helping us. We sat for a year and was afraid we would not be able to sell our home. Carrie Warren assured us she would work diligently and indeed she did. She has persistence and I'm glad she does!
