Casey gave invaluable advice every step of the way for a challenging listing, helped provide contacts for contractors to make the house show-ready, went out of his way to bring detailed market knowledge and research of the very local area (with updates throughout the process), and was expertly able to pivot on feedback from agents to make the most expeditious and seamless sale that I think would have been possible! Casey was a true advocate on my behalf and his confidence, knowledge, and experience made me extremely comfortable in every situation that was a part of the sales process, from start to finish.
