Casey was great. He worked very quickly to address any hiccups that arose, and was available 24/7 for any questions, concerns, et. al. This was my first home buying experience, and Casey made it much easier than I assumed it would be. I would highly recommend Casey Sears for anyone looking to buy a home, and especially for first-time buyers like myself.

Casey was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely astute. It was clear from the beginning that he was going to leverage all of his knowledge and expertise to ensure that I got the most for my property, and I believe he delivered. Throughout the process, I felt that Casey had my best interests in mind. He was always willing to spare the time to discuss strategy and thoroughly explain anything I had questions about. I will definitely be calling upon his services for future real estate transactions.

At the time I was buying, the market was at its peak, from a seller's perspective. Homes were coming on the market, receiving offers 10% over asking, and going off the market almost immediately. Couple that with my own pickiness and need to see things in person if I find them the least bit interesting, and I ended up looking at ~60 houses in a 6 week period. And I wanted as much information as I could get on each and every one of them. Not an easy task for a real estate agent, particularly in such a hot market. But Casey Sears and his staff kept pace with my frenetic demands and matched my high expectations. Casey was attentive, responsive, and proactive every step of the way. With his help, I saw almost every house I wanted to see, received all the information I needed on every house I did see, made an offer on every house I wanted to make an offer on, and eventually purchased a house that suits my needs. If and when I purchase my next home, I have every intention of using Casey Sears's services again. In the meantime, I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home in or around the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Casey is a very astute and honest person. Since selling my house, Casey have become my son-in-law, he is a very important person in my family, love him so.

Casey was on the ball and able to deliver on time, especilaly on time-critical activitiest that came up with my property purchase! I also personally had a few requirements that were above and beyond the call of duty of a real estate agent on my purchase that Casey was able to absolutely knock out of the park for me much better than I could've ever hoped for! Casey is goated. During the whole process I never didn't think it wasn't under control or the best possible outcome was going to happen for me. Idk what to say, he does an above and beyond job and anyone house hunting would be lucky to have him assist them.
