After gaining valuable experience in management roles at Ann Taylor and owning restaurants with her husband, Chris, life’s turning point came in 2009 with the birth of their son. Seeking a flexible career that would allow her to balance motherhood and utilize her skills, Cassie found her calling in the real estate industry.
What started as a part-time job quickly evolved into a full-fledged career. In 2013, Cassie established her own real estate team, and by 2018, she and her husband proudly opened their own brokerage. Their top-tier real estate company prioritizes delivering exceptional client experiences and offers customized coaching for each sales associate.
In 2023, they seized the opportunity to open the only Century 21 office in St. Charles County, creating even more value for their clients and associates. As a Luxury certified agent through the Residential Real Estate Council and a registered mentor with the Council, Cassie continues to lead and mentor agents, shaping the next generation of real estate leaders.

She was exceedingly competant and professional, especially when it came to aligning expectations on timeline to close. Cassie's knowledge of VA loans was very helpful, and she knew how to leverage a VA loan in a competitive way. It was clear she has been a successful agent in every type of economic environment, which was very helpful with the market cooling the way it has while I was searching. She also diligently worked in the background for my benefit, updating me and addressing concerns that I have had throughout the process.
