Cathe is a Hot Springs Village resident with a passion for helping others! After teaching chemistry and physics, and coaching volleyball at both the high school and college level, Cathe has transitioned to real estate to share her love for the Village with potential residents.

Building personal relationships and radiating positivity are two of Cathe's strengths. She will diligently work to answer your questions when listing a home, or assist in finding the perfect home for you to purchase. Professionalism and high quality service will be her trademarks! She is a member of the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.

Cathe graduated from Abilene Christian University and then got her Master's from Lamar University in Texas. She was a 3 sport college athlete (volleyball, basketball, and discus) and attained summa cum laude status. She knows that hard work turns dreams into reality!

With 4 grown children, 2 energetic granddaughters, and 1 ornery husband…Cathe is always on her toes! She enjoys walking the trails, going to church, and playing bad golf!

She was 5'4 in kindergarten! She was a winning contestant on Wheel of Fortune! All her children are named after US cities beginning with a B.
