When I first started looking to buy a home I was nervous to start working with a real estate agent in fear of being pushed into a home that I didn't like. Chad worked tirelessly for a whole year before we purchased our home and was more than patient, kind, and not even close to pushy. Chad shared our vision and wanted to make sure we found the home that was perfect for us. Chad was able to answer any question I threw his way and his knowledge regarding home buying was very useful and utilized often. Chad was an amazing mediator when dealing with the sellers. We negotiated a priced that we felt comfortable with and helped us get things in our agreement with the sellers that we didn't even think about. I had also referred a friend to Chad who closed on a home and before we did and has stronger feeling about Chads excellent customer service than I do. It honestly felt like Chad wasn't in sales but was more concerned about my wife and I having a good home buying experience. Chad is amazing and I would trust him with any of my closest family and or friends!
