Chad Weisser is a Realtor-Associate with CENTURY 21 LIST with Beggins , specializing in residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area . A Florida native, Chad’s roots trace back to West Palm Beach and Siesta Key , where he spent his early years before embarking on a life filled with travel, professional growth, and diverse experiences.
Having lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, and most recently Miami , Chad brings a worldly perspective and refined aesthetic to his real estate practice. After years of international travel—spanning Europe and Southeast Asia —he chose to settle in South Tampa to be close to family and invest in the community he loves.
Real estate runs deep in Chad’s family heritage. His grandfather, Jack Weisser , along with his father and uncles, founded Weisser Development , a pioneering force behind Sun ’n Lake Estates in Lake Placid and Sebring, Florida. Their vision transformed over 7,500 acres into a premier golf and residential destination. Continuing this legacy, Chad and his late father successfully flipped homes in the early 2000s, laying the groundwork for his future in real estate. In 2017 , Chad officially earned his real estate license to pursue his lifelong passion for the industry.
Chad’s professional journey extends well beyond real estate. His attention to detail and discretion earned him roles as Personal Assistant to members of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia in Los Angeles and New York, as well as a Senior Technician for the U.S. government in San Diego, where he managed a team of 40 professionals. These experiences honed his leadership, organization, and client service skills—qualities that now define his success in real estate.
Outside of business, Chad is an accomplished travel and landscape photographer , with published works featured in books and magazines and exhibited in galleries in New York City and Miami’s Wynwood Arts District . His artistic eye and sense of composition allow him to market and stage listings with a distinctive creative edge, ensuring every property he represents stands out.
