Buyer reviewWith Chad being a father of young children he really understood how critical it was for us to find a home we loved within the same elementary school neighbor as our current home. We told Chad what some of our wants were and he ran with it! He helped us see the potential that some of the homes we looked at had. They may not hit our wants right now but with a little work we could create something different! Chad's communication was unreal. He was always just a phone call or text away at any given time! I really appreciate Chad's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Our purchase was a complex one to say the least and Chad supported through the entire process never losing sight of the finish line. His humorous and fun personality was just an added bonus!

I chose him for his vast knowledge of the surrounding area and where my home should be priced at. I assumed there wasn't "a lot" of things that need to be done when selling your home. I was very wrong with thinking that. Chad reassured me that he would take care of it all. He did not only that but went above and beyond. Also not to mention answering every question I had along the way. Chad made selling my home a very pleasant experience. If you're selling a home in his area you need him! 10/10
