Charlene was one of our realtors when we bought our home in Hollister 9 1/2 years ago. Charlene has always been there for us when we had any questions throughout the years. Charlene is knowledgeable of the area and she had many other listings at the time she listed our house. So, we chose her to list our home. Our home sale went smoothly. Buyers had some issues with their loan approval. Charlene followed up with everyone concerned and kept us in the loop at all times. She went on vacation and still monitored the progress of our sale and sent updates every couple of days.

Charlene is friendly, approachable, knows her craft. Always pleasant and available to answer any questions. She was always there to solve any problems that arose.

Charlene King is the BEST!!! She is seriously so nice and her personality made the whole process less stressful. My husband and I went with her because she helped my sister buy a home a couple years ago. We met with her and she helped us set goals so we would be completely comfortable finiancially with buying a home since we have never owned a home before. When we got close to our goals we started seriously looking. Charlene was very personable and gave her real opinion about homes, whether it be good or bad. It was great to get her perspective because she pointed out certain aspects we hadn't thought of yet. When we finally found our dream home she was amazing to work with. She was always a phone call, txt, or email away if we needed her. If we were ever confused by the documents, she would call and go over them with us even if it was almost midnight! She really sold us as a couple to the selling realtor and her great friendship with the selling realtor helped as well! Escrow was going to close right before we went on vacation so I was stressed to have repairs made while we were gone. She was there for us every step of the way. She came to the house multiple times for us to meet with different companies for repairs, for cleaning, and for appointments. I could not imagine having a different realtor through this stressful process. She helped so much in every aspect and relieved so much stress for us! She is such a great realtor! Our whole family plans to go to her for any real estate needs in the future!

Charlene, has such good energy. Her can do, and WILL DO attitude was infectious. She seems to know everyone in the industry, and certainly knows the lay of the land. Her knowledge of the cities which she services was invaluable. She has a connection for any one, or any service a seller may need. Whatever seems to pop up, she has a solution for. If she can't address it directly . . . she knows someone that can. I really appreciated her being sensitive to cost for her sellers. Often times, agents assume a seller will spend whatever amount of money to get their property sold. This should never be assumed, and Charlene did not do that.

We own four additional properties, and if they were in Charlene's territory, we would certainly use her if we were to sell.

Charlene was critical in helping us get this house. Although she was on vacation when we finally found the home we really wanted, you would've never known she wasn't right by our side.
