When the buyer asked for concessions, Charlotte represented us without jeopardizing the sale. It was a pleasure working with Charlotte. I always felt safe with her representing us and never felt that she did things just for the commission. Charlotte made herself available 24x7. There were times when I texted or called her that I could hear family sounds in the background. She always answered her phone on the 2nd or 3rd ring.
