Seller reviewHaving prior experience working with Che Canyon on an earlier real estate transaction, it was a no brainer to enlist his help again with the sale of my father's home of 53 years. As usual, Che did a spectacular job of communicating as liaison between seller and prospective buyers. His patience as well as his knowledge and expertise secured us the right outcome for the home sale. Che continues to exude and typify both personable and professional attributes when conducting business; he makes you comfortable and at ease when explaining the processes, enough so that you don't have to second guess or bother with external opinions/information. In spite of having insomnia, I could rest well knowing that Che Canyon was handling my real estate transaction responsibly.

Buyer reviewI was a complete basket case most of the time, between monitoring COVID-19 in a congregate living community, my lease ending, my need to move my 90 year old mom and my husband and I to single level housing and find something that I could live with in a market that had temporarily gone bonkers. Che was a rock star. He listened to me and my suggestions on houses, I sent him emails, he read them and acted accordingly. He was patient, kind, and very humorous. I truly appreciated his professionalism and his knowledge of the area and the houses therein. He read the situations we faced well and was ready with a solution. Che brings results!!

Buyer reviewI had a negative experience with another real estate agent, so my sister, who used Che for her condo purchase, offered to call him to show the property I ended up purchasing. He responded and was available right away to show the property to my sister and to me virtually through his phone video. Because of his recommendations at how to submit the offer, our offer got accepted in the very competitive sellers' market! He has been very approachable and helpful when I have questions. I would highly recommend him to others.
